Amaryllis is a London-based food photographer, recipe developer and cook. The food she makes follows the seasons and her appetite; simple yet multilayered, behind each recipe there’s love for ingredients and a good story.

Likewise, her photography is rooted in and mostly inspired by light and people - from her native Greece to London and all the places she’s visited in between.

She has collaborated with numerous publications and brands in developing recipes and creating visual stories through images and videos.
